Returns & Exchanges


All returns from UK customers must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you have sent us an email with the details of the order you are returning, you will receive an email with an address of where you should send the package back to. Once we receive your package, we will process your refund.

Please note: damaged or stained goods can not be refunded.

Unfortunately we do not permit returns or exchanges on international orders.

 

COVID-19 Update on Returns

If you wish to make a return but for any reason have not returned your order within 14 days, you can proceed to the 3-day grace period where you are then responsible for preparing your own shipment of the return. Upon receiving your item back in those 3 days, you will receive a full refund. However, If your order is returned after the 3 days, then you will be entitled to a 50% refund of your total order price.

 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS REFUNDS?

Once your item(s) has been received by our store. Please allow up to 3 working days for your account to be credited.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Exchanges can be done for all Uk orders ONLY if the item you want to replace with is in stock. If the item is not in stock then you can return your item to us for a refund.
