Returns & Exchanges


All returns from UK customers must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you have sent us an email with the details of the order you are returning, you will receive an email with an address of where you should send the package back to. Once we receive your package, we will process your refund.

Please note: damaged or stained goods can not be refunded.

Unfortunately we do not permit returns or exchanges on international orders.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS REFUNDS?

Once your item(s) has been received by our store. Please allow up to 5 working days for your account to be credited.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Exchanges can be done for all Uk orders ONLY if the item you want to replace with is in stock. If the item is not in stock then you can return your it to us for a refund.
